Kelli was absolutely amazing. She made us feel welcomed, laughed with us, and made my father-in-law feel special for his birthday with a dessert. Kelli was amazing with how quick she was to get us drinks, our food came out swiftly, and her bubbly personality made the whole evening wonderful. The food here is to die for. Is it an exaggeration to say I want this to be my last meal? Mark, our server, was amazing. It was a busy Saturday night and we waited about an hour (worth it) and he knew we were HUNGRY. He brought us our food super quick and was so friendly. :) We will be back again and again and again.
As a truck driver I always take advantage anytime I don’t have my trailer with me and so I came here and ordered the filet and ribs dinner both of which were really good 👌🏾
Enjoy a taste of home cooking here. Could not have enjoyed our meal more. Pretty sure everything from the salad dressing to the barbecue sauce to the bread is homemade in house. We will be back!
Visited today for my dad's birthday. He told me a few weeks ago that he wanted some really good ribs. So i checked out reddit and the columbus foodies facebook group to find that Hickory House mentioned numerous times. They were very accommodating for our party of 14 and our waitress Kelli even offered us a few ribs to try before we ordered since we had never been. Excellent food, prices and service all the way around. We will be back for sure.
Gabby and Nancy provided wonderful service. The ribs are amazing! The best we have had. Plan to leave full and you will want to return.
We attended an event held here, both Nancy and Falon were AMAZING. Everyone was complimenting their service, they were so helpful, sweet, and kind. I had never been here before but I definitely want to come back soon!! Also get their spiked blueberry lemonade, Im not even a blueberry fan but this drink was perfect, thanks for the recommendations!!!
Had a lovely Valentine’s dinner at the Hickory House. Nancy was very nice and took great care of us. Food was really good. They’re known for their steaks and ribs! Truly a gem in Reynoldsburg.
Saturday lunch. Platter dinner. BBQ Chicken breast, pulled pork samwich, and Beef? ribs, fries and slaw. Fresh American Lager to wash it down. Food 5☆- not busy- staff were attentive and busy due to just opening- I even brought some home but they were gone before I put them in the fridge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I was visiting the Reynoldsburg area and happened upon The Hickory House—what a great find! The food was absolutely wonderful, especially if you’re in the mood for a classic steakhouse experience. Everything was cooked just right and full of flavor. Service was excellent as well—Kelli took great care of us and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and really charming. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
